All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
Delivered via DHL or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping
Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
At Vuori Clothing Store, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium activewear and performance apparel. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges process makes it easy to get exactly what you need.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your activewear and ensure it meets your performance and style expectations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Headwear (all caps and hats)
- Equipment (fitness gear and accessories)
Please ensure you’re completely satisfied with these items before removing tags or using them.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

2Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24 hours (during business days), we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
3Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) including:
- The item in its original condition
- All tags and original packaging
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package

4Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
What’s Refunded
Your refund will include the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your exchange item using your preferred shipping method.
If the exchange item costs more than your return, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.

International Returns
As a global activewear brand, we accept returns from all our shipping locations. International customers are responsible for:
