• Standard Shipping – $12.95, delivered via DHL or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Cancellation

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all accessories
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

• Headwear (all caps and hats)
• Equipment (fitness gear and accessories)

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
